Review Cuisinart CPC-600AMZ 1000-Watt 6-Quart, Review from a Bachelor's point of view ~ Power Pressure Cooker

A yesterday. I'm looking for information on the Cuisinart CPC-600AMZ 1000-Watt 6-Quart Electric Pressure Cooker, Brushed, so i would like to describe here.

I've never used a pressure cooker before, and I was so excited to get my Cuisinart pressure cooker CPC-600! At first it worked just great and I was happy to turn out wonderful stews in 20 minutes and 25 minute meatloaf. but after about a week stopped coming to steam and pressure paid off the Red float valve. After reading the comments of another reviewer, I started tapping the Red float through the plastic lid and jarred loose; at that point would soar and seal the unit so the pressure would come. kind of a pain that I have to do it every time. except for that detail, worked very well. another reviewer asked what PSI the unit operates in. very strange that you do not include this info in their user guide or web site because you need information to adjust cooking times when using the recipes of other pressure cookers, but I contacted their tech support to ask and received this reply: low pressure-high pressure PSI 6-10 PSI
