A couple of days ago. I'm looking for information on the Elite EPC-1013 Platinum Electric Pressure Cooker, 10 quart, Stainless, so i would like to describe here.

I already have the Elite 8 quart pressure cooker and wanted another that could cook large amounts. I was very happy with the 8 quart cooker, and this is just as good and expands the quantities that I'm cooking. at this point, I have a couple different pressure cookers that Cook different amounts, and this one has expanded the amounts that I cook. It doesn't have as many selections as the cooker 8 quart, but has the same functionality. so far, I love it as much as smaller ones that I have this pressure cooker. for some recipes, like a pot roast, the larger size is best so that the vegetables can be cooked at the same time. beef is also another meal that needs a lot of space to Cook all the vegetables at the same time. Sometimes, even for two people requires a larger stove to cook a full meal
