SPT EPC-11A 1000-watt Electric Pressure, I got this for a friend. I can't tell ... in my opinion


A few days before. I search for information on the SPT EPC-11A 1000-watt Electric Pressure Cooker, 6.5-Quart, so i would like to bring a story to tell.


so far so good. made a couple of meats in an hour that would take 10 in a slow cooker. the meat was very juicy and cooked to perfection, while slow cooker IMHO tends to produce meat that can no longer be juicy,. given 4 stars only because I think the interface is a little funky button. I love that it is a touch to turn it on but not like it takes more presses to scroll the time (duration) to get what you want. really like the ability to Brown the meat, then cook the meat, then add the vegetables in a pot. of course you need to Depressurize before opening to add vegetables but rapidly increases the pressure and start cooking again. In addition, the stainless steel pot found dark spots after the first left useI and soak in water overnight because I sometimes do to simplify clean up in the morning but I was surprised to see the stains. does not seem to affect the operation but has surprised me and I'll have to keep an eye out to make sure it doesn't rust or something.
