been wanting to buy and use a pressure cooker for ever. so I made the jump and bought this harvest pressure Pro. first thing I did was fall off the bone ribs. delicious. I had a hard look before getting it to seal properly. the small lights just kept going round and round for about 30 minutes. I finally decided to let the steam out took it apart and start. I have the gasket out and reapplied it back on, also made sure that the air intakes were not locked open, put it back on and it worked perfectly. by the way I added two cans of beer in it. I read that if there is not enough food or liquid will seal the stove right. I used it twice since then with great results. be sure and take time to follow the directions on the premises.
