the days of fear pressure cooker from my past are gone and replaced with this gem of a device. I used to worry when my old pressure cooker began to make noises sibilants and started the thing on top of jumping around, but this is so quiet that I know almost not even being worked on. My husband and I are having a good time cooking soups and vegetables in just minutes. not compared to hours in the oven or on the stove, this quick and easy way to Cook is a no-brainer for saving! It is so easy to use and easy to clean seems miraculous! Maybe you had one of these years ago but now is getting a workout almost every day. We ate Paleo then a bag full of sweet potatoes peeled fits into a time and takes place in 6 minutes. then we have a supply in the fridge all week. simply amazing! Probably the making of soup is our favorite way to use it. just fill out the entire inside of the pot with chopped up vegetables, diced beef or chicken, and a box of Bouillon or broth-set the timer for 10 minutes and we have the most wonderful soup that tastes like spending the day on the kitchen stove. Once again, simply amazing! So yes-we love this!
