What I like: 1) ease of set-up and ease of use-no messy, though it did scare the cats and required a lot of paper towels 2) attachments (1 nozzle 2 nozzle brushes, 2 extension wands, steam 1 plate, 1 large cleaning brush, squeegee 1) 3) lightweight, easy to carry up and down stairs 4) 16 ounces of water heated in just a few minutes (maximum of 48 ounces it takes longer) 5) results on concrete floor-outstanding!!
