Bayou Classic SP10 High-Pressure, It's a turkey fryer AND crawfish boiler, in one unit! in my opinion

A previous week. I'm looking for information on the Bayou Classic SP10 High-Pressure Outdoor Gas Cooker, Propane, so i would like to describe here.

This unit has a rugged Hi/Low burner for outdoor cooking. comes with a 20 lb regulator and a 4-foot braided SS pipe for use with a 20 lb propane cylinder. the only assembly required is to connect the burner tube by sliding the cone-shaped spring until the end of the tube and the control damper and screw the burner. the instructions do not mention spring. It acts as a voltage washer; Place the larger end toward the control damper and the smaller end towards the pipe. the welded steel frame of this burner is in black painted to protect it during transport. the paint will burn off the first time you use the burner, then it is better to put a large pot of water on the burner for about an hour and let the paint will burn before you start cooking. you could cover the frame with oil to reduce rust; I just keep my cardboard. as indicated, this burner is designed for outdoor use only do not use inside garages, under bridges or on wooden decks, especially if you are heating oil for deep Fryer. pay special attention to the lighting instructions. shut down the primary value of the propane tank and the valve shut-off pipe. close the shutter valve for the lowest setting. use a style propane Rhyncholestes BBQ lighter from below the burner. Open the tank valve and with the lighter long nose already lit, crack the valve tube .25 turn anticlockwise and wait until you hear the burner light. adjust the damper for a blue flame. Open the valve of the pipe for a hotter flame, if desired. attention, the flame is difficult to see on sunny days.
