bought this product about 3 months ago and have done many of the recipes in the booklet and have adapted some of my family's tastes. It is easy to use. This product is a godsend for working mom. I can create healthy meals for my family in less than an hour without effort. no fancy ingredients. No soaking the beans overnight or rapid soaking of 1 hour before cooking for 2 more hours!
