A couple of days ago. I'm looking for information on the Presto Cooking/Canning Rack for Pressure Canner, so i would like to bring a story to tell.
This canning rack is a must if you can in pints and half-pints and how to get a large number of vases done quickly. I had one of these for years and just bought another one for a family member with a 23 quart Canner. use our in half pints BWB of jams and jellies as well as canning pressure pints and half-pints. We also use a big pot when we are bathing water in quarter-finals so that we have two ships going at the same time. If you're buying the canner, buy the rack at the same time. If you already have the canner, buy the rack. You'll wonder how you ever did without it.
The cooking rack is used to hold jars off the bottom of the unit while canning. It is also placed in the bottom of the cooker when it is desired to keep food out of the cooking liquid when cooking, i.e. when steaming vegetables.. Read more or Check Price
