A week ago. I search for information on the MaxiMatic EPC-607BK Elite Platinum 6-Quart Digital Electronic Pressure, so i would like to bring a story to tell.
This pressure is awesome!, not only is super fast, makes whatever you cook, tender and tasty. I made chocolate cake, custard, chicken stew and today I only had some chicken tenders breaded frozen in the freezer, so I threw them, 4 3 cups of broth and lots of fresh and frozen vegetables 1/2 cup & UN-soaked dried beans. in 15 minutes it was done and so good. is not scary to use; will save so much time with 1 pot meals; not to mention all the money could have spent at fast food places, because you don't have time to cook.
